1. One Of the More Dominant Brains
In fact, one side of the human brain may be more dominant. It then affects several things, including personality, way of thinking, and behavior. There are humans who have a more dominant left brain, or vice versa. When the left brain is more dominant, a person tends to think more methodically and analytically. While the mindset is more creative or artistic, it can be a sign of the dominance of the right brain.
2. Connect With Each Other
Although one side of the brain may be more dominant, the left and right brains are in fact complementary and interconnected. Both sides of this brain have equally important roles. Although the two parts of the brain do not need to be interconnected to complement each other, when the body experiences something, then both sides of the brain will “communicate”.
3. Differences in Ability
The dominance of one side of the brain can actually give rise to differences in one’s abilities. While people who use the right brain more will usually imagine more often, daydream in search of ideas, tend to prefer art, and often use intuition in understanding something.
4. Has Its Own Functions
There is a possibility that one side of the brain is more active, but that does not mean that the other side is inactive or disturbed. In fact, the left brain and the right brain both have important and complementary functions. Both sides of the brain play an active role in supporting daily activities. Although there are theories that one side of the brain may be more dominant, it is recommended that both the left and right brain be used optimally.
